It was a great experience all around! We are glad we booked the tour on a small boat, even though it was more expensive than others, but we also had a seat inside to warm up. The crew was very nice, attentive and helpful with photos in the right background - which wasn't easy for us with the waves. We were extremely lucky - the sun set beautifully right behind Miss Liberty.
