Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them when they board and disembark
Children ages 0-4 must be accompanied by a child safety seat. Children ages 4-8 must come with a booster seat. The use of these seats by children is required by law. A tour with children ages 8 or younger cannot commence without the appropriate booster or child safety seat.

Terrible, awful experience. Wouldn't ever use this company again, in New York or any other locations.

The experience provided this traveler wasn't any different than that provided all our guests. In an effort to get the tour for free, Sooty complained to Viator, though he never complained to us during the tour or afterward. Failing to get satisfaction from Viator, Sooty filed to get his money back from the credit card issuer. The third-party objective credit card issuer also refused to refund Sooty's money, upon learning the facts of the story. Crime doesn't pay Sooty (quite an appropriate name for one of such integrity and moral character). New York State Penal Law § 165.15 Theft of Services states, "A person is guilty of theft of services when... 3. With intent to obtain railroad, subway, bus, air, taxi or any other public transportation service without payment of the lawful charge therefor, or to avoid payment of the lawful charge for such transportation service which has been rendered to him, he obtains or attempts to obtain such service or avoids or attempts to avoid payment therefor by force, intimidation, stealth, deception or mechanical tampering, or by unjustifiable failure or refusal to pay..." he is guilty of Theft of Service.

The driver and tour guide was GREAT!! We have absolutely no complaints. We had a great experience, learned a lot and saw a lot. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

This was our first trip to the Big Apple and we wanted to get the skinny from a local guide. Our guide's name was Mr. Piedmonte and he was punctual, courteous, accommodating, and very informative. He actually extended our tour by 90 minutes without our asking because he wanted us to see more of his city. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC.
