The first two days it was raining heavily and it was quite cold which would have been ok if VIator had anticipated. But the the buses had no roof so visitors were expected to sit under the pouring rain and enjoy the tours ! we went up to the deck and straight back out, ridiculous! because of this we packed as much as we could in 2 days but we paid for 3 ! I have gone on these bus tours in Paris and London and never encountered such a situation. would not recommend Viator for this. shame because the guides were good.
