Experience the best travel stories for yourself!
You may not immediately compare Brooklyn to a small town, but the hippest borough is made up of distinct community-oriented neighborhoods that thrive and blossom because of the local mom-and-pop businesses, many of which have been here for generations. Throughout this neighborhood food tour, we celebrate the businesses by telling the stories of the people involved, by sampling some of the delicious food being sold.

The Brooklyn food tour went beyond the food with a the history and current state of Brooklyn. Mickey was our guide and she provided detail on each food stop with information about the proprietors and the history. The food was great and just the right amount. Mickey is a guide with humility and really made the experience about us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking (and eating) tour of Brooklyn. The tour guide Mickey was an excellent guide. We had a good sized group but despite that we were always able to hear her no matter how near or far we were standing. She also spoke very clearly so we could understand everything she said. We enjoyed all the food stops, learning about the history of the area and enjoyed seeing the architecture. After the tour ended we spent another hour or two in the area checking out some of the shops and sites we passed on the tour. Thank you Mickey, it made for a very memorable day!
