I booked in good faith, whether it was system error or due to exhaustion after hospital shift, the dates of the tour booked where not what the email I received while working in hospital said. I booked the tour for 17th of December, yet I got the shock of my life to receive an email to be told it's 17th. Contacted customer services immediately, yet not only they did not help and rebook us for the correct date, they offered $25 to book and pay again. What a rip off company with worst customer service, especially at times such as this.
