Claire Buckingham is just what any company needs to raise the profile of a company. Claire was very friendly and professional and was so detailed in showing us around and we had a great time and she kept making sure everyone was ok and in good spirit. Claire is definitely an asset and a box of knowledge. I ended up making new friends (Sarah & Chris) and what more can anyone ask for. Claire you are the best. Thanks for your time with the group today

I cannot say enough good things about this tour!! I’m so glad we did it. Mindy was so wonderful and fun. We felt by the end like we had a friend in NYC. She even texted us later during our trip to make sure we made it back okay on the subway and gave more recommendations for restaurants to try. We got to see so many sights in beautiful Manhattan that we would have never been able to squeeze in on our own. We felt so safe and taken care of and didn’t have to worry about getting lost. We got plenty of breaks including a one hour lunch break near Wall Street (Adrienne’s Pizza was amazing!) - the day went by so fast and it never felt too rushed or too slow. Mindy has been doing this for years and is such a kind and fun person - we absolutely loved her and highly recommend this tour. I also want to give a shout out to Experience First! We did two of their tours and both had EXCELLENT professional and wonderful tour guides, they also had clear instructions to look for someone with their logo and an orange hat/flag so we knew we were with the right person. We did a tour with another pedicab company that wasn’t as easily identifiable and with terrible customer service. There were a couple others on our tour who had hiccups with timing or confusion - but they were able to call customer service who was in contact with Mindy and they were able to meet up with us just a little later. Our experience with another company was awful - no one showed up, no one answered the phone when we couldn’t find our guide and it took nearly three hours to get a message back explaining what happened. So thank you Experience First and MINDY for truly WONDERFUL memories in New York City. ❤️❤️

We had a blast with Mindy who was able to show us really iconic sights in such a short period of time, filled with a lot of fun facts and history. Highly recommended!
