Brochure has “stops” listed. Rockefeller Center is a stop where you can buy tickets and board the bus....not really. They take your money. Our group was 10...6 adults and 4 kids 10-12 years old. Three of us asked the group of 4 who were selling the tours “where do we get the bus?” “Do we get it here or across the plaza?” We all got the same answer which was, “he will take you to the bus”. We should have known better! We were walked (run) across town approx 12 blocks, 25 minute walk through traffic, the guy paid no mind to our group following him, lost us in Times Square traffic, darted Into traffic on side streets while our kids followed him into traffic thinking he knew what he was doing. Block after block passing several parked and empty topview buses. Once on the filthy bus with filthy windows we waited another 20 minutes before it even moved. The earphone played tinny music. One person in the group heard a tour that didn’t seem to coordinate with what we were seeing. No tour information. One channel and one language only. We have been on these tours previously in NYC with another company and it was done SO well, very informative. We do hop-on and hop-offs in other countries. There is always a selection of languages...but not in NYC? a crossroads of the world? After another 90 minutes of gridlock we finally got off, walked the rest of the way to World Trade and took the subway back. There was a parade going on which they knew about but never told us...adding to the gridlock. The kids learned NOTHING. Bogus scam that should be taken off the streets. Choose another tour company.
