My elderly mother and I took this trip despite a serious flareup of her arthritis, requiring a wheelchair to make the excursion possible. Solomon, our guide, was so helpful and I could not be more thankful. He loaded and unloaded the wheelchair at every stop (without my asking). He even pushed my mother uphill - after over a week doing the loading, unloading (of the wheelchair) and the pushing on my own, his assistance, volunteered so freely, was most welcome and appreciated. As to the trip itself, we did the American and Canadian combo trip. On the American side, the Maid of the Mist and the Cave of the Winds were definitely the highlights. On the Canadian side, the Skylon Tower was the only thing we did because I had miscalculated the time we actually needed to complete the guided tour and had to rush back to the airport. Again, Solomon came to the rescue and drove us from Niagara Falls all the way to Buffalo Airport to save us some time. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I highly recommend the trip to anyone who does not have a car (and does not intend to rent one), and who prefers to have the entire trip efficiently pre-planned and be chauffeured from point to point.
