Please note: The Maid of the Mist boat cruise operates seasonally, usually between end of May and October (exact dates are subject to ice conditions) and is replaced in the off-season, depending on accessibility, by views from other observation points such as Gorge walk, Terrapin Point or others (access is subject to ice and weather conditions).The day’s itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints. When necessary in the spring and summer, ponchos are provided (you may get a little wet!).

New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. Starting November 1, 2019, all children under 8 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat.
If you prefer to enjoy your tour without Maid of the Mist boat, you can complete your experience by choosing our interactive audioguide, available in English, Spanish and Chinese
In case you choose the option with audioguide, you will receive the instructions to download it before the day of your tour.
Bus drivers are not required to provide seats for the babies and the activity provider will not be responsible if you are unable to access the bus. To ensure that your child has a seat, you must bring your own, or inform the activity provider well in advance

You will travel on a comfortable motor coach, with your bilingual tour guide, enjoying the scenic landscape of upstate New York (travel time is approximately 7-8 hours, each way, with one rest stop) on your journey north. Upon arrival at your destination, you will begin experiencing the adventure, beauty, and natural wonder of Niagara Falls. During your visit, you will learn about the interesting history of these mighty waters and enjoy spectacular views of the falls from different vantage points (depending on the weather conditions). Arthuro was a fabulous guide . Trip was setup with stops and commentary in both Spanish and English . Given it’s a long round trip , having a comfortable bus is crucial .

The guide absolutely doesn’t care about the passengers. When I got 10 min delayed on a night subway (which works rather poorly in NY), nobody even called or texted to ask if I was coming. The bus was literally going to leave without me. The supermarket where we stopped was a disaster. They sold me a sandwich which had some bacteria in it. So here is the punchline: 3 hours later when we arrived at the falls, the guide didn’t explain properly where our final meeting point will be (or maybe he did to some people, but not to all), so apart from spending a great time looking for bathrooms every half an hour, I didn’t know where the bus was waiting for us. Had to go all the way to the other side across the bridge and then come back, because the guide finally sent the location on WhatsApp! Because of all this unwanted confusion, after looking for the bus for almost half an hour with a severe belly ache, I finally came to the meeting point 15 min late and there was nobody there! Again, the guide didn’t even bother call or text and ask if I was okay. The bus came back for me after all but this is incredible how you literally don’t care about tour guests, give separate instructions to everyone (when they should all be given with a mic so that EVERYBODY on the bus hears them), and simply ignore everything else. PS. To make matters worse, I noticed that the explanations and stories that the guide was telling were much more interesting and detailed than the English ones. It’s good I speak Spanish, but there are some people who don’t. Overall, strongly disappointed.
