This trip runs on Eastern Time.
You will get an amazing 3 mile tour just outside Chattanooga, Tennessee at Nickajack Lake and will learn about gray bats, osprey, cliff swallows, blue heron, and other wildlife. Your guide will discuss how they are all interconnected, what is being done to protect these wild animals, and what impact you can do to help the incredible endangered gray bat. We throw in a little history of the Tennessee River and how it became what it looks like today. With a grand finale of watching 100,00 gray bats leave the cave at sunset.

It was extremely educational and informative. The guide was patient and answered questions of the guest. The guide made everyone comfortable and gave us a lot of attention.

The peacefulness of being out on the water at night was lovely. So relaxing! Our guide was fantastic...super knowledable and had answers to all of our questions. Also just a really fun conversationalist in general! And they give you hot chocolate! Who does t want to sit in the middle of a lake at night with your significant other enjoying nature and hot chocolate!

Kayak trip to Burgess Falls is a MUST. This trip is on my TOP 10 list of most memorable moments of my life. It was also my first kayak trip and my guide, Blake, was so patient and helpful. 100% recommend this trip and Chattanooga Guided Adventures.
