It was a nice tour, our guide Rebeca was very warm and helpful. First we stopped at the ice museum, nothing very special. Then we headed to The Chena hot springs, we had dinner in a very cozy restaurant. After it we went to the pools, the experience was interesting, really hot in totally cold weather. The bad thing was we couldn’t see the northern lights, it was a very cloudy night.

Loved this Tour! I did my research and saw this was the best option for varies reasons. 1. They pick you up. 2 You get to do the Hot Springs. 3 This tour if you have kids or older guest that need to keep warm and use the restroom more often, there is a restroom there and in the warm since it's in Chena Hot springs. Everything else and more time out and not restroom other then In nature. 4. They have a room there you can stay and wait and once you see the aurora pop out you come out and It's an amazing spot. Our driver kept stopping along the way when the Aurora looked brighter. We also got really lucky and saw them at around 7pm which usually they come out around 12ish. Overall it was great. Only thing is that they changed the Ice museum to the one in Downtown Fairbanks which was super outdated and could've just skipped that part. Not sure if it's cheaper for the company and that's why they changed it to that one but I would suggest they go back to the Newer Ice Muesum. But the Man that was carving was sweet.
