Easy to book and excellent price. Easy to find the bike shop and check in ran smoothly for how busy it was. Bikes were in excellent condition and good sizes to fit the family. We rode around Central park, was a great 2 hour experience we could of easily done more. Central park is easy to ride around safely and comfortably with children. Would definitely recommend this activity for any one visiting Central park.

The service was terrible. The people were rude and unhelpful. My bike chain clearly needs replacing as it nearly came off whenever I pushed hard on the pedals, regardless of what gear I was in. I told the staff who didn't care. The location means you have to cycle two busy blocks to get to Central Park. I suggest you use another company.
