Our guide, Cullen, did a very good job. He is very personable, thoughtful and with good breadth of knowledge. We saw many aspects of the building we would never have found without the tour.
The tour description clearly states that each guest will be provided an earpiece, to better hear the guide. This didn’t happen, and there were times we couldn’t hear our guide - this was very unfortunate.
We ran into serious traffic difficulties getting into the city, and reached out to customer service, as it was clear we would be late. Message told us to text a message. It took 15-20 minutes for each return message. Before we could get an answer, we were totally ghosted. So Customer Service is -1.

Hi Patricia, I thank you for your frank review and we apologize first about Cullen not having earpieces. As guides have sets they share, Cullen's set was with another guide who had came down with Covid, and he was not able to get the set from the guide. We are happy to refund you because of this. As for the customer service, we greatly apologize for your experience and it is not our normal level of service. We pride ourselves on our attention to our customers. Our 2pm time slot this Sunday was very busy so we have to handle everyone in order of which they are received.
