We were not informed of the distance from Honolulu to the excursion until the day before and it was impossible to make transportation arrangements. We attempted to contact the tour company to let them know we wouldn't be coming, the person who answered the phone was rude and did not pass on the message. I know this because I received a call asking if were coming. There was absolutely no offer of assistance or compassion from this company. There only interest was letting us know that there were no refunds. Poor service.
