10/10 awesome experience! The first view of the sharks is like a whole other world. Take Dramamine before- we both got seasick, but well worth it!

Our tour was cancelled due to rough waters. I am giving it a 5 star because we were notified the morning while driving via text and email. We decided to continue to the North Shore. While pulling into the parking lot of the marina, I got a phone call from the tour explaining the cancellation. The woman who called me was at the booth. I walked over and thanked her for calling us. She was wonderful. She explained the reasoning and asked what we wanted to do. Reschedule or refund. Unfortunately, we were leaving for Maui the next day so I requested a refund. The process was great. My refund has been processed. I was notified via text and email.

Thank you very much for taking the time out to share your experience with us although you didn't have the opportunity to do the adventure. We don't want to cancel tours at all but when we do it's for the safety of my clients and crew. We have the very best phone and in person support that I am so proud of. We surely hope that you will give us another shot on your next Hawaiian vacation.
