It was out first time in New York and after doing some research looking into the different carriage companies we decided to go for this one. We loved all the information the website gave us on the care for the horses etc and felt happy to book this ride. Communication was amazing as we were travelling from the UK it was so important to have that reassurance of our booking. I received emails prior to our time slot giving me a reminder. The ride itself was lovely our driver was a lovely lady who told us all about central park and the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed this trip and paid to stop and have our photos taken with the horse, we also got to feed him some carrots which he loved! I highly recommend this company.. Only thing I will say is to do a daytime tour, we did the evening but you couldn't see much around the park as it was too dark.
