We planned a day in NYC right before christmas. Horse and buggy ride was on the to-do list. I was nervous about paying in advance on line with a company I have never used before, but this ended up being the highlight of the day. The ride itself was so much fun, the carriage was soooo comfortable, the warm blanket was so cozy. Plenty of room for four adults and the covered roof was perfect for our rainy day ride. The drivers were awesome, friendly, welcoming and gave a tour of central park during the ride. They took as many pictures as we wanted and didn't rush us at all. I liked how well they communicated with me, starting the day before with a very detailed email on how to find our carriage, what time to be there, and lots of other info that eased my mind. The day of the ride I received a reminder email in the morning then again two hours prior. The place where we were to meet was very clearly marked. Getting checked in was easy an easy process and very organized. I would highly recommend this excursion with this company, they are a family run business who take great pride in customer service!

It was a beautiful December day and the carriage ride was wonderful, driver was informative, friendly took a lot of time to take pictures of my husband and I. Enjoyed every minute of learning the history of Central Park. Will plan on doing another carriage ride in the future. Also, Sparky the horse also did a wonderful job pulling the carriage
