Booked for our cruise from hotel to port and return. On the ride to the port the driver was extremely professional and friendly. She gave a nice narration of Seattle attractions and the Seattle area including the port and cruise ship location. The return trip was good too.

Took shuttle from airport hotel to Cruiseport. Great communication and personal call the day before to confirm. Driver arrived at our hotel early and was pleasant, courteous and efficient. A very pleasant ride to the port.

The driver arrived on time. He was courteous and informative. I’d recommend this to avoid any confusion at the cruise terminal.
