Nice to see the statue. The hatch is very old. Pictures make it look nice but it’s not. Also getting there was pretty confusing. It says Pier 36 but it’s not there it’s in the back. Instructions should be more clear for routines that are t familiar with NYC. For example it should say enter Pier 36 to maps. We entered the address and then we had to take an Uber to the Pier.

The trip it self was great the commentator was wonderful. I booked the trip in the am and got caught up in traffic I knew I would be late . I called to see if I could change to the next boat . I was lied to and told it was full and to contact the ship directly. I called they hung up then did a live chat no one replied. My daughter booked the next one and we went on it . But the liars should refund my money for the one I was trying to change. The trip was a 5 star the concern to rectify horrible

This was a horrible experience! Be warned!! Don't waste your money!!! No signage when you arrive to direct you on where to go. Once you arrive long lines and not enough seats on the boat. Guided tour? A joke!! You can't hear anything because the SPEAKERS DON'T WORK! Plus the person talking is muffled!!! I purchased this for my daughter 16th birthday because she wanted to see the statue of liberty and my mother 70 yrs old and the were very disappointed. I would recommend this cruise to anyone EVER!!!
