Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful, from the chap manning the check-in to the guides, but if you are taking younger kids with you (ours are 9 and 11) on the two-person kayaks in a group tour, beware -- all the other people on your tour will typically be in their 20s and think they are contesting the Iron Man. So, straight out into the ocean they will boot it at high speed, and the guides will focus on them. We were left huffing and puffing up the rear and missed a lot of the explanations. Little people simply do not paddle that fast in ocean waters. Really a shame as when we did catch the guide's explanations our kids were fascinated and still repeating the information to us days later in awe. One of the guides eventually figured out the issue and did try his utmost to improve the experience for us. But suggest you opt for a private tour if you have kids and take a little more time. We could not enter the caves and did not see any sea life but that did not detract from the beauty of the ocean and the cliffside. Overall a good experience, provided you know what you are up for when taking kids along. To note that once you have done a tour with this company all subsequent board / wetsuit rentals are half-price (or so we were advised - we did not test out the offer as we were totally whacked from all our furious paddling!).
