Great booking experience, check in lady was super nice and even booked us in earlier then scheduled. Crew and captain were awesome as well. Best experience for the first time parasailing. Thank you all for memorable experience.

The experience was fun! The boat captain was great! HOWEVER, the communication between viator and the parasailing company is terrible. Way overpriced through viator better off buying it at the beach. BUUUUT beware either Viator(TripAdvisor) or Emily the girl at the booth(who had to hold onto my credit card while on the boat) stole our credit card and made $1500 worth of purchases. Nordstrom rack and carbon4cobalt company. Suspicious! Cc company made it right but I recommend using cash. Again the ride was great.
