We loved this company. The communication was EXCELLENT. We knew exactly where our driver was, and had his phone number. Great pickup, great ride, and Arturo was very professional. Will always use this company moving forward.

These are my clients, and they said that the driver was rude and didn't even say hi. He threw their bags into the vehicle, then he sped and was droving erratically, to the point where one of the kids got carsick. When they offered to help clean it, he said no, that he could do it faster. He also complained that he got them to the airport at 10:30, when he had another pick up at 10:30. How was that my client's fault? Maybe don't schedule them so close together next time. I won't be using them for my guests in the future.

First, we always strive to provide the safest and most professional service, even during busy periods like the holiday season. Upon reviewing the footage from both our forward-facing and internal cameras, we did not find any evidence of erratic driving. Our driver, Frank, is one of the most experienced and professional in the industry. He confirmed that he asked the passengers not to clean up the mess to ensure the vehicle was thoroughly sanitized for the next ride. Regarding the scheduling, we understand the frustration caused by the timing. Unfortunately, the holiday season presents unique challenges, and we rely on our passengers to be punctual to ensure smooth transitions between rides. Despite these challenges, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the perception of rudeness or stress on the part of the driver. We will take this feedback to heart and address it internally to ensure our standards of professionalism and customer service remain consistent. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope you’ll reconsider us for future bookings.

Prompt, friendly and reliable. Great communication. Used a different company for the trip to the cruise terminal, and wasn’t nearly as good. Would definitely book again.
