The tour was fine, but I was expecting more lore and this was mostly history, and not always relevant to the "psychopaths and poltergeists" theme. The tour guide was fine, but she went way over time. She took a really long time to explain things and kept repeating herself which got pretty daunting since it was freezing and windy outside. She also told her own personal stories that weren't relevant to the tour, so it just seemed like most of the tour was time wasted, unfortunately. Thankfully, it was pretty cheap.

This tour is a must-do, even for skeptics of the supernatural like myself. Ghost stories can tell you a lot about local history. The tour guide did a phenomenal job discussing the tangible history of each "ghost" -- who they were, what historical context they lived in, and how their deaths impacted their community. Heavy topics were discussed in a very sensitive & respectful manner. Overall, I learned a lot about local history that I wouldn't have easily been able to find otherwise. Highly recommend for my fellow history buffs!
