Over the summer my girlfriend and I along with her daughter went to Portland from Seattle and the tour with Beau was one of our highlights over the weekend. Not only was Beau kind and courteous, he was very knowledgable about places we went to; giving us background information on the chef, the type of ovens use and how this influences the actual product you receive. All of the place we went to were unique in their own right and Portland really does have amazing pizza and food overall and Beau is a welath of knowledge in this regard. I'm really glad that I had this experience and looking forward to trying out the ice cream tour with Beau the next time I visit Portland.

Our tour guide was a real expert in pizza. I don’t mean someone who likes pizza and enjoyes eating it, I mean someone who really knows it. We got to try a real variety of pizzas and toppings in settings that were unique and worthy of praise. As a tourist, I would have missed all these spots that the locals get to enjoy. A fun tour and a filling one. Come hungry for sure.
