I got a call from VIATOR the day before my flight saying the car was waiting for me. I told them that my flight was the next day and they answer "ok, you're right, our mistake". I felt something bad was coming...
After that, I sent them a message reminding that I was going the next day, with my flight number and time of arrival. Received a message from VIATOR confirming that everything was OK.
Of course no one showed up to pick us at the time of arrival (8 people with 2 children).
After calling them, they said there was no transport available near the airport and that the fastest van they could get was, at least, 2 hours later.
Of course we got 2 UBERS to the hotel and never called them back.
Please don't use this service. I, for shure, won't.
