When I phoned them to confirm they informed us that they would pick up at 3pm our flight was not until 8.40 so asked if they could delay pickup. No as traffic very busy. We dashed to get back to hotel and no taxi arrived so I telephoned again asking where the taxi was told it would be picking us up at 4.30. Have no idea what had happened and when I explained they. sent a car to collect us which did arrive within 15 mins of call.
