We had around a fifteen minute wait for our driver although the greeter was waiting at arrivals with a sign and our name on. As soon as we set off the driver began a cell phone conversation with someone which lasted almost the whole trip which was around an hour and a half. We felt that this was most rude as we had wanted to ask him about the route and points of interest along the way. Out of heavy traffic he drove watt to fast and did not have any consideration for us.

Car was early, but 3 suitcases wouldn't fit in boot, 1 had to travel on passenger seat. There was 3 of us travelling and information says this is suitable for 3 passengers with 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage each. Other problem was that driver offered no help to load suitcases at all.
