Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

personally would not use again. The driver was prompt in picking us up but on dropoff asked for a tip. we certainly were giving him one without him asking. also the san Francisco city tax addition was very suspect. We had paid ahead of time so he said you owe 4.00 for city tax and then I get a tip. Tacky

The driver arrived on time and in the designated location. He was patient while I got done being lost and finally got the meeting point. He drove efficiently and safely. He was friendly and conversational. The ride was worth the cost.

Very problematic to confirm reservation, poor customer service from the people on the phone. Not there on time eventhough they had our flight itinerary and we called when we landed and again when outside and it took almost 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. The driver was professional and pleasant. Their booking service is poor.
