Good communication ahead of pick up, confirmed by driver on the day as well. Collection problem free, driver was fabulous.

Due to the FAA grounding on Jan 11th we missed our connection and when I contacted them I was told no car was available to pick up at our new arrival and I was refunded only 16$ of the 68$ we paid. As a point of comparison we took a taxi from airport for 40$.
