Driver was on time and ride to hotel was comfortable. Driver held us hostage in the sense that we had to pay the gratuity before we would be transported even though we had paid for this service.I feel that a gratuity is earned for service, not expected before that service is provided.

Driver was prompt; car was clean; driver was friendly and informative. Would definitely use again in another city as I found out Reagan Airport was so close to our hotel, we could have cabbed it for one-half the price (which we did on the return trip).

When we confirmed our booking 48 hours before pick up, we had organised a limo, (booked months ahead of time), we were told none are available and sent a normal car! We were told the car was at the same rate as the limo???????? Then we had to pay an extra $20 for parking, plus tip. We had to call the them twice to tell them we were at the airport and we had to go and find them. They had all our flight details so would clearly know when we arrived.
