A terrible terrible experience. I arrived at JFK airport and called the car service and they told me that I needed not get a shuttle bus to the area where Uber/lyft was. I was travelling with my elderly mother and 11 month year old daughter which is why I specifically had booked a meet and greet service.
After explaining this to the dispatcher, I was then told that I needed to meet the driver at specific pick up point. I went to the area and despite 3 calls, I waited for 2.5 hours for a car to finally come. At one point I was speaking to a driver who couldn't speak any English. Finally a car arrived and the driver was very nice but at that point my daughter was greatly distressed and my elderly mother fatigued.
No apologies were made and I feel horribly let down by the quite frankly terrible service. I would not recommend it at all.
