You will depart Rapid City at 8:30 am and travel to Mount Rushmore. You will spend time hiking around the monument. Next, you will travel to Crazy Horse Memorial, learning the importance and history of Crazy Horse. Finally, you will get an opportunity to explore beautiful Custer State Park. You will be able to see wildlife at an incredibly close proximity and enjoy the local flora. In each of these locations, you will gain unique and rare insight into the history of the Black Hills. Lunch will be enjoyed at an exquisite local restaurant of your choosing.

There is a two-person minimum to book this tour.

We will depart Rapid City at 8:30am and travel to Mount Rushmore. Once there, we will spend some time hiking around the monument. You will receive unique information and history about the monument, and have an opportunity to experience local wildlife and flora.

The history lesson from a true historian (AL) was simply amazing!!! We left Chicago for a simple road trip in mind and found so much more. AL is the best guide ever!! He gave us such a history of everything Mt Rushmore / Crazy Horse related from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier! The snow messed up some sights but AL made up with so much it was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLACK HILLS ADVENTURE TOURS!!!

Thank you very much for Aura and the guided tour she provided on Sunday, September 29in the Black Hills. There was a miscommunication on Sunday morning but you corrected it in less than 30 minutes. Aura was nice to give up a day off to pick us up and provide an amazing tour of the southern Black Hills (including Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. We had a very good lunch in Custer with Aura. She was awesome as a guide. She also was our guide for the northern tour on Tuesday. Again, it was amazing. We count not have asked for a better experience. Both tours were excellent and we would highly recommend others to use you awesome service.
