We've always found that tours of major cities are one of the best ways to find out all of the hidden gems major cities have to offer. If you're thinking of NY then Sheldon is your man. Our small yet manageable group were overwhelmed with his knowledge and presentation. He told us things about NY that most NYorker's don't know. He's extremely well organised. Not a clock watcher. Has plenty of patience with his guests. Completely prepared to answer any questions and if he doesn't know the answer. He knows someone that does. Easily worth the value. Sheldon gave my family and I the best experience and tour of New York City. He was jovial, humorous, and adaptive. He took us to all of the hot spots and gave a detailed explanation of all landmarks. I would recommend him to all friends and family heading to the NYC for the first time! Keep up the great work!

I found this tour because my son had surgery three weeks before our trip and was on crutches. I wanted to find a great way for our family of six (kids aged 15 to 19) to see as much as possible without exhausting the one on crutches. I just told my (sometimes reluctant) husband we were taking a private tour. It was only as we were pulling away from our hotel in the Sprinter that I mentioned it was going to be four hours... he rolled his eyes at me. :) Let me just say, shortly before the end, he was nudging me, telling we HAD to get Sheldon to extend the tour. He was absolutely enthralled the whole time, and so were our four teenagers. Sheldon loves his city and knows it inside and out. He’s wicked smart and really, really funny. He made our day fun, educational, interesting, and even touching. No one in the family will soon forget his tour. We hope to go back and take another with him. I can’t imagine having a better guide.
