This was a perfect way to see and learn about NYC and parts of Brooklyn. Sheldon is an encyclopedia of information. We were picked up on time from our hotel in times square. We saw the Macy's Christmas window displays and walked around the Christmas village in Bryant Park, strolled around Dyker Heights to take in the amazing Christmas lights, ate upside down pizza at Spumoni's, and took photos of the NYC skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge. The van was very comfortable for the seven in our group. I very highly recommend using Sheldon and bestnewyorktours

Sheldon was an excellent tour guide that was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, down to earth, and funny! Immediately after I booked this tour in July, he contacted me through email and gave me his phone number. He asked about my husbands and I's interests and what we would like to see on our tour, and from that he planned the perfect tour for us! He answered any and all questions I had about NY (even questions outside of the tour), and provided a TON of information that helped us plan the remainder of our honeymoon. Sheldon gave me a lot of information about himself, his family, and his life in NY, which made me feel comfortable sort of knowing him and his personality prior to our private tour. He texted me two days before our tour just to touch base. On the tour day, we were picked up at our hotel by him and his driver in an SUV. Throughout our 4 hour tour we were able to see to sights including: Central Park, Plaza Hotel, Ground Zero, Grand Central Terminal, and much more. We were able to get out and take pictures. Not at any time did we feel rushed. He took our pictures, explained where we were and the significance behind where we were. Even during our rides to each place he was continuously explaining where we were and pointing out things as we passed by. He even showed us how to use the subway system, which expanded our horizons during our trip and saved us money from having to use uber. We actually ran over time during our tour, due to traffic and not once did he try to just leave us where we were or drop us off at a closer location. He dropped us back off at our hotel, and he continued to talk to us throughout the way back to the hotel about where we were and pointing out things as we passed by, even though our 4 hour tour was over and we were actually passed our time. When we were dropped off he even told us that we can text him anytime to ask questions about NY. This tour was my husband and I's favorite thing we did during our honeymoon. I would recommend this tour to anyone!! When we go back to NY we will be booking another tour with Sheldon. Thank you Sheldon for such an amazing tour! Can't wait for the next one in the future.
