The driver started an argument with another driver which I was not happy about it. It was no need to create a problem. I was getting worried about it.

The ride was scheduled and paid for in advance. I made the reservation by phone. We were to be picked up at 7:45am at our hotel and taken to Newark airport. When making the reservation, the address of the hotel and the time of pickup were clear. On the day of pickup, no car arrived. I called the car company and they said they never got confirmation and could not get a car to me until an hour later. We had a flight to catch so arranged an Uber. I’d like a refund, please.

After confirming the day prior, they never showed up. They sent a confirmation email and everything. I had to scramble around at 5 am to get an Uber.
