Join us as we explore how rum's deep-rooted history in New Orleans and the Caribbean has shaped the techniques used at our award-winning distillery, and learn how our approach compares to most modern-day rum production. This is an approximately one hour long, guided distillery tour that offers five different samplings of rum, including distillery-exclusive special release bottlings.

Andrew was very friendly, & knowledgeable. He explained everything so we could understand and answered all our questions. Great little shop. He really likes his work and it showed. Best of luck to them in the future. Keep doing what you love.

This is a small rum distillery located close to where we were staying in NOLA and thought “why not?” Andrew taught us so much about the process of making rum beginning with the sugar cane/molasses process to fermenting, distilling, barrels used to store their product and of course the end product. Definitely a labor of love for these guys. We got to taste the 6 rums they make plus a new one that’s in the works. They were all good. Excited to take some home for the holidays. It was obvious that Andrew has a passion for what he does. We learned a lot and hope this company’s rum makes it into Texas in the near future.
