Join us as we explore how rum's deep-rooted history in New Orleans and the Caribbean has shaped the techniques used at our award-winning distillery, and learn how our approach compares to most modern-day rum production. This is an approximately one hour long, guided distillery tour that offers five different samplings of rum, including distillery-exclusive special release bottlings.

This is a fabulous tour! If you’re into the process of alcohol making, the history of it, and especially the tasting of it, this is perfect for you. It is a little hard to find the building so here’s a tip… go down the next street that’s behind the gas station off of Washington towards what looks like a gated parking lot. PARK THERE! The building has a glass door and is right next to the courtyard.
