Roulaison Distilling Co

Join us as we explore how rum's deep-rooted history in New Orleans and the Caribbean has shaped the techniques used at our award-winning distillery, and learn how our approach compares to most modern-day rum production. This is an approximately one hour long, guided distillery tour that offers five different samplings of rum, including distillery-exclusive special release bottlings.

It's a small disterally, but the experience was personable, knowledgeable, the tour was friendly and the rum was good.

The Most owners were SO kind and amiable! From us running late, to adding an extra spirit to our tasting. It’s clear that they are passionate about their work and sharing it with the world. Very knowledgeable, and good conversationalists! This is worth going out of your way for! Excellent value! Be sure to pick up a bottle or two as a souvenir (and a dog plushie too!)
