My name is Emzy. I've been sharing my hometown with guests for over twenty years and I invite you to join me for an evening of cocktails and conversation all things history in two of the most storied bars in Texas.

After a few minutes in Alamo Plaza we will belly up to the same bar where Teddy Roosevelt recruited many of the famed Rough Riders in 1898, drinks in hand we then explore the oldest hotel in the Texas followed with a second round at another nearby historic bar chosen on your taste.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding, so we signed up for a few walking tours as we've never been in San Antonio before. Emzy was such a fantastic guide! He is so passionate and knowledgeable about the city's history. He has done so much of his own research into historical events and loves to share. We did the Straight Up tour and loved it.

Had a great time on our tour. I liked the small group which made it more personal. Emzy was very knowledgeable and well read on his craft.
