Marc took us on a delicious tour of New Orleans cuisine, including the best muffuletta and shrimp remoulade I’ve ever tasted at the Napoleon House, charbroiled oysters at Royal House, and bananas foster at the Court of Two sisters. Mix in with that some Pimm’s cup, Sazerac, local beer, and detailed history of NOLA and its cuisine, and you have yourself a great tour! Marc was very energetic, a NOLA native with deep ties to the restaurant scene. Highly recommend booking with him!
