Percy is an amazing tour guide! Friendly, funny, entertaining and incredibly knowledgeable not only on NY history but current NY fun facts and recommendations. We loved our private tour! Will definitely book another tour on future NY trips - Top Dog was super easy to work with - everything was smooth sailing!
