Misleading service request. Specifically stated 7 adults with 1 bag each. The image shows a Sprinter van however they sent a SUV that fits 6 persons. Don't book with this SCAM !! If you only have SUV then your image show a SUV.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. It seems there was some confusion regarding the booking options because you clearly reserved an SUV (cheapest option) This is NOT A SCAM! You SIMPLY selected the cheapest option, which is an SUV designed for small groups. In order for the passengers to save money. Unfortunately, this option accommodates only up to 6 passengers. We understand that you specifically stated 7 adults with 1 bag each, our vehicle did accommodate the 7 passenger but was not the Mercedes Sprinter that you expected. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the images, and we will review our booking page to ensure that the vehicle images align more accurately with the available options. Your feedback is valuable, and we are committed to improving our service
