Enjoyable but basically just a snorkeling trip on a small rubber boat. The crew was friendly. Dolphins are viewable to all boats in the area.

Very disappointed in this company and interactions with them over email. They will require you to sign a waiver stating you can swim well in deep ocean waters.

Knowing how to swim is absolutely a requirement for somebody to get into the water with not only our company, but any snorkeling company. Aside from this being seemingly an obvious requirement, this is also disclosed in multiple locations, as well as in the waiver process that you fill out beforehand. There is not a single boat that we are aware of that will allow non swimmers in the water for many reasons, but especially for liability reasons for your safety and the safety of our other guests that are on our trips.

My family was heart broken! We arrived on site 1/2 an hour before the scheduled time. We were a little concerned as there was no reference on site with the company's name. Check in time was 7:45. Nobody....8:00 nobody, made 2 calls to the contact number that went to voicemail. He returned the call and this first response was that we must have been late or in the wrong location. He would phone me back after he checked with the captain because apparently they take a picture of the pickup location when before you board. Next phone call he stated the the boat was locked in the boatyard with no eta on when it would be ready. If the captain had notified us sooner we may have been able to get on another tour. They offered us another tour and refunded our money but we didn't have time as this was our last day. This was an early Christmas present for my daughter and her family. This tour was #1 on Trip Advisor, will never trust their ratings again!
