Escape the ordinary, just 8 miles from the French Quarter! Relax and leave your cares behind while you explore the lake side of New Orleans on a private 2 hour sail. Hop aboard a 47' luxury Beneteau sailboat called "Roux Stir", named for our love of a heartwarming New Orleans gumbo. Maximum 6 guests please.

Once onboard, all guests receive complimentary white wine, local craft beer, and light snacks. Listen to the boat glide through the water or enjoy your favorite tunes via Spotify.

Enjoy a 2 hour invigorating sail on the Southshore of historic & expansive Lake Pontchartrain, where you may spot a brown pelican flying overhead, and see the longest bridge in the world over water, the Causeway.

Captain Doug, a local New Orleanian with a passion for sailing, will ensure your safety. All proper safety equipment, life vests, and clean restrooms onboard.

They were just amazing we had a wonderful time!! The boat was full of snacks and libations. It was like sailing around with old friends and they will pick you up and drop you off whereever you need.

Oh my gosh was this excursion as advertised. Captain Doug and Rena are your new best friends. Join them for a sail on their private yacht for an intimate sail into the sunset on beautiful Lake Pontchartrain. This booking is so well worth the money and these folks are so wonderful. They will pick you up at your hotel and give you such personal service they make you feel like you are the most important people they've ever met. They even let Bill drive the boat. I wish we could take them back to Arizona with us. Laurie and Bill

We had an amazing sunset sail, and Doug and Rena were so great! They took care of everything you can think of: drinks, snacks, photos...ever a charger for me near dead cell phone! They were very nice and great to converse with. This was the highlight of our trip!
