Our tour guide was the most friendly, knowledgeable gentleman that I've ever had the pleasure of taking a tour with. He made everything interesting, knew the answers to almost every question, and most importantly made everything fun. I would highly recommend this tour company but definitely try to have your tour guided by Tarek.

I actually hadn't read any of the reviews before the tour, so I had no idea what to expect. When we got on the bus, it was us, a group from Alberta, and a group from Alabama. Due the small number of people, we ended up getting our tour a bit personalized. Our tour guide Danilo was really nice and had a great sense of humour. He gave us as much time as we wanted. The lengths of the tour and the stops were perfect and I have no complaints whatsoever. Don't listen to the bad reviews! Grayline is amazing!

Thank you so much, we had an amazing day with Jess, Vicky and Robert the driver <3 Would definitely recommend to start off your time in San Francisco with this tour so then you can go back and eat and drink in all places Jess recommends (you will NOT regret it)
