A lot of the problem with this tour was the guide. Our tour was on May 14th and I don't recall his name. He spent a ton of time talking about a third eye, visions, problems in his personal life resolved via spiritualism, his Apache medicine man father, playing the guitar and yoga. He was very off the wall, nice but off the wall with endless talk. His exercises were a little hokey I filmed my mom and later we couldn't believe people fell for it hook, line and sinker. It was almost comical. We wanted to know the geological reasons tied in with the vortex experience, some spiritual significance, the history and not a bunch of weird chatter. He was polite and helped my elderly mom climb up to the plateaus, but it wasn't really a effective experience. Having said that, mom and I were doubled over in laughter looking at the videos. Not to put the guy down, but it didn't seem genuine to us although it was probably very genuine to him.

If you were looking for a bumpy ride at 30-40 mph that's what you get. Two other couples along with us mentioned this was suppose to be vortex tour and we were told they told him rough rider. We enjoyed the first 10 min of bouncing and then it wasn't so much fun. The guide did take breaks for pictures and then brought us to 1 vortex spot to try to make up for the miscommunication. I was disappointed because that it what I wanted from the entire tour. We were told you got an extra hour.... not what we planned on

We regret your tour wasn't everything you'd hoped it might be. Most of the Forest Service roads in Sedona are on dirt, and they can get pretty bumpy at times. Still, it doesn't sound like you got the tour you were looking for, and I wanted to point out that we have a value-back guarantee, and if you want to take another tour, with another driver, it's on us. Just give us a call.

Booked the vortexes tour & had Geronimo (yes - that's his real name) as our driver & guide. The tour was great & our guide was professional, entertaining & extremely informative. You won't be disappointed.
