When I booked I spent a long time talking with a person who helped make my reservation. I had asked for round trip transportation to and from HNL Airport. If I asked once I asked ten times if the price was for round trip and each time I was assured it was round trip. I was given a price of $261.78 for a round trip private car for 6 people. Much to my surprise it was for a one way transport. Very disappointing.

Hello Kathleen, thank you for your comment. We are Europe Shuttle and we never make a reservation by phone, we don´t work like that. Maybe you talked with a Viator Agent and since they have a lot of partners like us could not know much about how we work or our products, maybe he makes the wrong product, we are sorry about this, hope to see you again and contact us directly if you want good customer service. They took our money but did not pick us up from the airport. My husband pays for a pick up from the airport and they did not pick up my family we had to pay a taxi $60 to drop us from the airport to the hotel

Hello, Viator doesn´t shows your booking reference number to check your reservation. Anyway if the service was not provided you are already full refunded.
