When I booked I spent a long time talking with a person who helped make my reservation. I had asked for round trip transportation to and from HNL Airport. If I asked once I asked ten times if the price was for round trip and each time I was assured it was round trip. I was given a price of $261.78 for a round trip private car for 6 people. Much to my surprise it was for a one way transport. Very disappointing.

Hello Kathleen, thank you for your comment. We are Europe Shuttle and we never make a reservation by phone, we don´t work like that. They took our money but did not pick us up from the airport. My husband pays for a pick up from the airport and they did not pick up my family we had to pay a taxi $60 to drop us from the airport to the hotel

Hello, Viator doesn´t shows your booking reference number to check your reservation. Anyway if the service was not provided you are already full refunded.
