Driver was waiting for us at the gate. He was very helpful with our luggage and very professional. The car was very clean. We would use this service again.

There is no meet and greet. The airport is a mess and it takes forever to find your ride. The driver tried their best but this was an awful experience that shouldn't be advertised as such. Wasted a good 45 minutes.

Due to ongoing construction for the new Marriott Airport Hotel at the terminal, parking areas have been affected, which made it challenging to offer the traditional meet-and-greet service at the usual spot. To avoid a long walk for you and your passengers, we made the decision to pick you up curbside. We truly apologize if this caused any confusion or inconvenience. We understand your frustration and want to clarify the situation

Camilla was absolutely amazing!! When I landed and turned in my phone I had a message from her that she was already there and waiting for me at baggage claim. She got my HEAVY bags and handled them like a champ! The ride was very smooth and she had nice music playing. When we arrived at my hotel on South Beach, the road is closed off for the promo made. She proceeded to wheel my bags on down the street and into the hotel. I couldn’t have asked for a better driver!
