Treat yourself to an Italian tradition, aperitivo, where you can enjoy the bubbles of a cocktail while watching the sunset glisten over the city skyline, the dress code is only a bathrobe.

EXPERIENCE THE MAGIC!
This winter, guests can unwind while watching a live show unfold against the Manhattan skyline featuring fire artists, stilt walkers, light performers, and more.
Performances take place poolside on Tuesday and Friday evenings from December 15th through March 8th. The performances begin at 5 m and take place every half hour until 8:30 pm.

This SPA is very nice but freezing everywhere except the saunas! Even the massage room was freezing.. which ruined the whole experience! The Bistro ambiance feels like a college cafeteria.. Definitely they could do a better job in making it more cozy and interesting.

This place is AMAZING! Do not believe the negative reviews regarding the spa. I didn't have a massage so I can't speak to that but the staff are incredible and so friendly from start to finish. Incredible facility and clean. The sound pool was my favorite. The views at the outdoor pools are spectacular. Ww went on Friday and it was mostly empty but it was a cloudy day so maybe that's why. I would bring my own skincare and haircare products as theirs were heavily scented and harsh for me.

Although there seems to be many negative reviews posted here, my daughter and I went yesterday and had a wonderful day. We did the 5-hour access pass and the time flew by. There were many different relaxation rooms, saunas, steam rooms and various water therapy rooms. We had lunch and a cocktail - pretty standard NYC prices. The pools were great, especially the underwater music pool and the views of lower Manhattan were superb. All of the staff that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend...
